I just discovered the blog of Jake McKee who until recently was Lego's Global Community Relations Specialist, a position he held for five years. (Lego, if you don't know, is one of the world leaders in co-creation and brand communities. Jake spoke at the first WOMMA Summit in Chicago, March 2005.) This blog just became required reading for me. Check it out. I found a link to the above vid on his site...it's long, and slow loading, but worth waiting for if you're interested in Lego's co-creation story.
