Microsoft | Diversity & Inclusion Series

Cobrandit partnered with Microsoft New England to produce this 7 part series showcasing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in Cambridge MA and beyond. It’s just gone live, providing support for diversity & inclusion efforts across Microsoft New England. ERGs include HOLA (Hispanic/Latinx Organization of Leaders in Action), BAM (Black and African employees at Microsoft), GLEAM (Global LGBTQI+ Employees and Allies at Microsoft), AZN (the Asian ERG represents 17 ethnicity groups), Women@Microsoft, and a final piece on providing Allyship.

The compilation video above serves as on overview of the series, which is distributed primarily on facebook and twitter as well as featured on Microsoft’s blog. The series has over 40,000 views to date.
